A fully automatic weight sensing replacement alternating pressure mattress system for people at very high risk of pressure damage, built from cell-on-cell air cells over a static base section. The pump senses the weight of the person on it and adjusts the interface pressure continuously to match, and it runs near silently, so sleep and circulation are left undisturbed.
