When a discharge is waiting on some equipment that is required at the client’s home, three things have to happen first: someone has to see the client, someone has to price it, and someone has to write it up. We do all three inside 72 hours. We are on site with you in 48 hrs, at the hospital or at the home, and the itemised quotation and the full assessment report follow within 24 hours of that visit and assessment. If something needs trying before it is ordered, we bring the options with us.
