1Our commitment

Venneo Ltd is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, older adults, and people using assistive technology.

2Compliance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

A formal accessibility audit has not yet been carried out, so we do not claim a formal conformance status at this time. We will publish one here once an assessment has been completed.

3How we approach accessibility

We aim to support accessibility through measures including:

  • Providing clear, plain language throughout our website and written materials
  • Using descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast between text and background
  • Structuring content with clear headings so it can be navigated using assistive technology
  • Ensuring our website can be navigated using a keyboard alone, where possible
  • Considering accessibility needs directly during equipment assessments, so recommendations reflect each Client’s individual requirements

4Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are not currently aware of specific accessibility failures, but because no formal audit has been carried out we cannot rule them out.

If you find something on this website that is difficult to use, please tell us using the details below and we will put it right.

5Technical information

Our website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Compatibility testing with specific browsers and screen readers has not yet been formally carried out. We will record the results here once it has.

6Assessment approach

The accessibility of this website has not yet been formally assessed, either internally or by an external specialist. We will record here how it was assessed, and when, as soon as that work has been done.
